The paint is fabulous! We had such fun painting this Rufus Porter style mural with Olde Century Colors.

First we researched Rufus Porter style paintings and murals. Tried to incorporate as many of his trademark images. My friend Betty Brandt, who owns the Old House in Hog Hallow in St. Louis Missouri, had the perfect wall to display a mural. But you have the perfect paint!

Just wanted to say thank you for your information and help about the paint. It is just fantastic to use. The colors are perfect, the pigment is wonderful, absolutely great to work with.

It's such a contrast that I thought you'd enjoy seeing before and after. If you notice the trim on the footboard, I only gave it one coat of paint to give it a bit of contrast and character. The rest of the frame has two coats on it. I am just so happy with it.
